Regular meetings are held with Safai Sathis on a designated day of the month. The assembly of Safai Sathis has discussions based on their socio-economic upliftment along with rejuvenating and celebrating life.

In these meetings, Safai Sathis share their life experiences, the daily challenges, and give feedback on the various tools they use at work, in case of further modifications. Aasra mediates in taking follow-ups, updates on last meetings, provides them with the information on various government schemes and policies and their influence in strengthening the same. 

We conduct different meetings for Inhouse and community safai sathis as per their availability. Sometimes, we also take common meeting to exchange their experiences in order to give everyone equal opportunities.
